Ruggiero comes to Season Quayside from top fine dining restaurants including One Square at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Dine Edinburgh with Michelin-starred chef Stuart Muir.
‘My biggest passions are food and working with people. I love the variety of the role, meeting new people, and seeing the restaurant come alive with energy – you never get bored.’
He explains that his passion for the industry is spurred by the impact that exceptional service can have on others. ‘I love the feeling of being part of the experience for other people, knowing that I can be integral to someone having a memorable and special experience. Feeling goosebumps after great service says it all.’
Outside of work, he enjoys eating out and having unforgettable experiences. He loves to travel, learn different languages, and try different cuisines.
